What we collect and why
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate this website and respond to enquiries.
- Contact messages: the fields you submit in our contact form (name, email, company, reason for contact, subject, message). Used solely to respond to you. Legal basis: legitimate interests. Retention: 90 days unless ongoing correspondence requires longer.
- Server logs: IP address and browser type recorded briefly by Cloudflare infrastructure for security and performance. Not used for tracking. Retention: 72 hours.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-MJLZGR5KB8) measures aggregate visit counts and basic engagement. The
_gaand_ga_MJLZGR5KB8cookies are set on your device. Legal basis: legitimate interests in understanding aggregate site usage. Retention: 14 months. See the Cookie Policy for opt-out instructions. - Cookies: a strictly necessary session cookie set by Cloudflare for form security, plus the two Google Analytics cookies above. No advertising or retargeting cookies.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data to any third party.
- We do not use your data for automated profiling or decision-making.
- We do not share your data with advertisers or retargeting platforms.
- We do not run any tracking pixels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Data processors
This website is served via Cloudflare's edge network. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata as a data processor under UK GDPR Article 28. Their DPA is at cloudflare.com/gdpr/introduction. Google LLC processes Google Analytics data; see policies.google.com/privacy. FormSubmit (used for contact form delivery) processes the form fields you submit; see formsubmit.co/legal.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). Contact us at dock@infonaut.space to exercise any right. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The last updated date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
